How to get a commission
My commissions open at the beginning of every month.I will post on my social media (Twitter/Bluesky) a link to Google form for your commission requests. The form would be open until all slots are taken.
Keep in mind that slots are limited.When the form closes, I will go through all of the submissions and select requests which interested me. I will contact the selected applicants through their preferred contact method.If the request is approved I send over a link to my Boosty/Hipolink or EasyStart for registration as customer and will send an invoice for payment transaction to your email (invoices are required by EasyStart service). It should be done within 24 hours. After payment is processed, the commission is immediately gets produced. I will keep sending over the updates on it.The following prices are in USDNo refunds. I am entitled to cancel or refuse any commission regardless of the circumstances of said commission or client.

Thank you for considering commissioning me! Below are my Terms of Service, including the entire commission process, what I expect to have from you as a client, and what you can expect from me as your artist. Please take the time to read and review this document before you submit payment.By paying for your commission you hereby accept these terms of service

1. COMMISSION INFOa) When commissioning me, please have the following information ready:
a1) The type of commission you are willing to buy
a2) References and/or description of the character(s)
a3) References and/or description of the expressions and/or poses
a4) References and/or description of the background (if applicable)b) The character(s) which is/are provided for the commission should be your
own or you should have permission to use. When it comes to fan art, please make sure that there are no copyright restrictionsc) Additional charges may be made to the price for the following:
c1) Complex character designs (ex: multiple appendages, excessive markings)
c2) Complex background designsd) Receiving a response from me means that I am willing to do your commission in the foreseeable future. I will break down the pricing if any of the additional charges above apply to your piece(s).e) Unforeseen events, emergencies or issues that prohibit me from working on art and delays progress will be communicated to my clients via direct messages, post(s) social media2. YCHsa) YCHs (“Your Character Here”s) are set poses and backgrounds where I will simply draw your character in the place of the empty YCH.b) In the description of the YCH post, I will specify which characters will fit into the piece by species and body type.c) The YCH post will also specify how many slots are available for said YCH and/or how long it will be available. After these slots are filled or the cut-off date arrives, I will no longer be selling that YCH.d) YCHs have set prices, but may fall into additional charges stated previously in Section1 c1.3. PAYMENTa) Payment is to be made through EasyStart in USD.b) For commissions under $100, the complete price must be paid in full before I will move you into the queuec) Commissions over $100 are eligible for payment plans with a $100 initial down payment. Plans will be catered on a client-artist basis, discussed in direct messages. By paying the down payment, you are agreeing to your payment plan.
c1) Pieces over $100 with payment plans will not be 100% completed or delivered until the entire payment is submitted.
c2) Pieces with Payment Plans will be worked on within the queue, but once they reach the threshold of the last payment, will be put back on hold until the next payment has been made.4. WORK-IN-PROCESS UPDATESa) Once payment has been received, you will be moved into the queue (found on Trello). Commissions are completed mostly in payment order.
a1) You can view the current queue by clicking here.b) Once progress has begun on your commission you will be send a sketch WIP for approval.c) I will send you updates at each stage: Sketch, Lineart, Color and Complete.d) Major revisions are to be discussed in the sketch phase. At that phase I can easily change commission aspects before doing next stage as "Lineart"e) If you decide to make a large change after completion of the lineart phase, that will result in an additional fee to cover time loss. Pricing will depend on how drastic the change is.5. RIGHTS AND COMMERCIAL LICENSINGa) The artist retains copyright over all works, including those with copyright licenses.
a1) This will allow the artist to post the finished work to their portfolio, socials, or use it for advertising their work.
a2) In the case of keeping a piece under non-disclosure agreements, the artist will withhold posting the art before the agreed-upon date set with the client.b) If client would like to own the rights to the artwork for commercial use, should discuss this with an artist beforehand. Commercial licenses will either be based on a flat fee, or percentage of sales:
b1) For a flat fee client would be asked to pay +70% of the commission cost.
b2) For a sales percentage contract, the artist and client will agree upon to either: sending the percentage of sales within a certain amount of time (ex: monthly, quarterly, etc) OR within a certain number of sales.c) The client is not authorized to heavily edit, trace or reference any of the artwork that artist made, unless an artist given the client explicit permission to do so.e) By paying the commercial licensing fee, the client is also allowed to use the produced artwork in their own promotions, so long the proper credit is given to the artist for producing the piece.
e1. This includes: advertisements on social media, at conventions, brand visibility, or marketing materials.
